Sr. Planning Engineer

• Responsible for overall project planning & material controlling.
• Updating E-P-C Schedule, identifying Critical activities and highlighting it to Project / Construction Manager, Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Project reports.
• Preparation of Cash Flow Reports (look ahead for next 2 months), Cost Reports on a monthly basis, Costing and billing of all construction activities.
• Progress Measurement-monitoring based on the physical progress & raising invoices to client, Monitoring Subcontractor Schedules w.r.t.

PLANNING AND SCHEDULING IN TENDER & PROJECT EXECUTION LEVEL; RESOURCES CALCULATION, COST ESTIMATE, PROFICIENCY IN PLANNING PACKAGES LIKE PRIMAVERA P3,P5, MS PROJECT. MS OFFICE PACKAGES. EXPERIENCE IN CLAIMS AND VARIATIONS.

Following are some of the responsibilities during this Assignment:

Prepare the Construction Schedule for Sub-Station of DEWA using Project Management (P6) including Design, Procurement, Method Statements & Construction Activities.

Generate and monitor fortnightly & monthly look-ahead schedule / targets for the Sub-contractors based on Level-IV plans.

Project monitoring as per schedules / targets and prepare progress reports.

Estimation of Bill of Quantities for variation claim purposes.

Sr. Planning Engineer for Infrastructure Projects, Currently located at KATARA Project mainly dealing with infrastructure facilities for the upcoming elite Villas.

• Prepare and implement project procedure practices.
• Review, analyse and comment on contractor monthly report.
• Identify the risk involved in the programme and report to the client with action plan.
• Preparation of Tender programmes for bidding.
• Review and analyse the contractor’s programme.
• Give sufficient technical feed back to the client regarding the programme, project progress and EOT from the contractor.
