Prepared effective monthly progress reports of various sub-contractors to be presented to client.

• Monitoring the execution of all works as per specifications.
• Controlling the manpower, materials, equipment and the running of site works as per schedule.
• Participating of Site handing over to the Hotel Operator ( Iberotel ).
