Supporting the Houston Energy cost center with project development, project controls, risk management, and claims consulting. 

Mr. Livengood assisted the design-build team in monitoring progress and assisting in negotiating claim resolution for such items as steel price differential, differing site conditions and design changes. The LEED® building was eventually completed in a close working relationship with the GSA.

Current Role

Toby Hunt is an experienced business manager with a strong background in business development and operations. As Senior Vice President for Hill International, he is responsible for the management and strategic business development of Hill’s consulting business, with a focus across Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
