• Lead of international Project Scheduling Team.
• Development of Project Level 3 Schedule.
• Implematation of common P6 server solution for all involved parties.

Conduct all planning activities (e.g. time analyses, logic networks, resource scheduling and levelling, control level schedules).Manage subcontract and supplier programmers to ensure format and method of reporting are consistent with the requirement of the execution plan. Communicate interface level information to relevant stakeholders and track and expedite this information for efficient execution of the project. Obtain, monitor and verify the progress of the project to track performance against the plan and to identify early warning signs.

Project Planner for BGC Modular. I co-ordinate new schedules for Tenders and assist with the Tender team and assist with project management and logistics.

Previous work was involved in the construction industry within the minning sector of the Pilbara. Heavily involvement with Primavera and accurate scheduling.

I produce weekly reports including weekly programme updates, S-Curves, Variance/ slippage Reports, Accommodation forecasts, cash forecasts, transportation schedules, Claim digger analysis etc.
