• Update project dashboard with various- Earned value, Burn rate, resource allocations, Key Milestones on weekly basis
• Analyse and manitain all reported project activities, emphazing items such as slipped tasks, variance, scope variations and upcoming tasks.
• Educate and advise project teams on various project management processes.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure schedule are accurate and changes and impact are accurately reflected in the schedule.
• Identified and managed critical activities that might put the kep milestones at risk if they slipped.<

Office Planning and scheduling functional support. Development of proposal schedules with basis of schedule documents. Schedule qualitative and quantitative risk and forensic analysis for various projects and proposals.

Re-assigned to the project to assist the lead planner with progress updates and reporting requirements of the detailed engineering and execution phases of the project. Ensure that the Fluor planning and scheduling procedures are followed and the progress systems are maintained and up to date. Tender schedule evaluations. Master schedule qualitative and quantitative risk analysis to determine schedule contingency. Ensure that planning gate review requirements are met. Early works gate review successfully passed.

Develop integrated project execution schedule and basis of schedule document during project setup phase.

Develop integrated project execution schedule for engineering, procurement, manufaturing, construction and commissioning phases during project setup.

Develop, resource, baseline and update project schedule. Develop basis of schedule document. Setup and update monthly and weekly project progress reports. Level 4 construction planning and progress reporting. Setup and update detailed piping progress tracking sheets, daily progress reports and 2 week look ahead schedules. Liaise with sub-contractors for weekly progress reports. Liaise with client for revised access dates and information required by dates.

Develop, resource and update project phase 2 startup execution schedule. Develop basis of schedule document. Setup and update monthly and bi-monthly construction, commissioning and close-out progress reports. Manage interdisciplinary interfaces. Liaise with contractors for weekly progress reports and evaluate it for contract compliance. Change management on schedule, critical path reports and trend reports. Adjudicate contractor tender schedules in conjunction with contract (NEC) requirements. Evaluate contractor schedules for time and cost implication prior to acceptance.
