Responsible for the generation of Greenfield and Brownfield Master Control Schedules for Category 2 Projects.
EPC planning of the LNG Sea Gas Project Plant of Damietta (Egypt), joint venture of KBR (Kellogg, Brwon & root)-TRSA (Tecnicas Reunidas)-JGC (Japan Gas Company) with an investment budget of 1,2 billion USD under the TKLSP contract terms.
The project specification required the development of design, procurement and contruction phases of a LNG plant, four LNG ship carriers of 150.000 TPM each to be be built in Korea, and two LNG tanks of 150.000 M3 as the LNG storage system.
This EPCC project was a managing joint venture composed by three engineering companies, KBR-

Senior Planning Engineer for all Power, OHL and Civil Works for the division reporting directly to the Divisional Commercial Director.
· Using Primavera P6, prepared construction schedules using tender plans, monitored and recorded the project progress and prepared monthly, weekly look-ahead programs.
· Prepared schedule of quantities of various materials, material tracking system, cash flow-S curve and monthly progress reports; identified critical paths and activities.
Project:
· Refurbishment of Intercontinental Regency Hotel, Manama, Bahrain - $ US 12 million.
As Main Contractor on an NEC3 Option C contract, NGB are working alongside BAM Nuttel in order to deliver a large Class One nuclear establishment. Following the successful tendering of the project, Matthew’s role as Senior Planning Engineer has been to build and subsequently manage the 2000+ activity schedule using Primavera P6.
