Management of the progress measurement system and the reporting set-up for the MEP Works’ Planning and Programme Management scope of the project.
See to it that these planning systems are implemented by the various MEP Sub-contractors.
Assist the MEP Sub-contractors so that they fully understand the planning methods and their progress reporting are concise and reliable.
Submit the required Reports to the Client’s MEP Planning Manager and establish close coordination with him to ensure that MEP Works are monitored and finished based on old or the new re-baselined
Project Description: The Project comprises the Design & Build of Al Khor Expressway [2 x 5 lanes approx. 33.65 km], 10 interchanges, full traffic model for year 2031, deep storm water tunnel [7.6 km + 1.25 km], intelligent transportation system (ITS), utilities [potable water, foul sewer, EHV, HV, MV, LV, TSE, UGN, QAF etc.], street lighting, road barriers, furniture and signage, landscaping etc.
Responsible for providing planning support on various uranic material management and nuclear decommissioning and recycling projects, including earned value management, resource requirements and all other project control functions for reporting to senior management on NEC3 contracts.
Employed on a short term contract where I was responsible to the JRE and senior management of level 4 FEED programmes, and level 2, 3 & 4 installation and commissioning & handover phases on various refurbishment projects on the North Sea offshore oil and gas platforms. Main responsibilities include provision of manpower histograms, performance s-curves and weekly reports to senior management.
In the capacity of the Planning Engineer, I have been delivering the following tasks by leading Project Planning & Control in multiple projects. I solely handle key issues when necessary.
Elevated Packages– viaduct structures, stations, depots and car parks;
SSP Spur line– viaduct structure connection of SBK (Line-1) to SSP (Line-2) depot with 0.55km viaduct (two single track line – 0.30km & 0.25km length);
SSP Depot1– additional stabling yard to existing SBK Sungai Buloh depot.
Provided reports regularly to Top Management and Client.
Developed and updated Project Dashboard and Time Chainage programme.
