• Controlling the Baseline and Up to Date schedules of All Projects in Turkey.

Projects:

1. First Solar KMT-2 Project – First Solar, Kulim Plant.
Design and modification of Module 3 & 4 to suite production upgrade from series 4 to series 6 solar panels.

2. First Solar KMT-1 CDA Expansion Project – First Solar, Kulim Plant
Design and modification of CDA System to suite newly ugraded VTD coater requirements.

3. VerdePalm Project – Verdezyne, Johor Malaysia
EPCC of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls and instrumentation.

Supporting an array of - mainly - Siwss customers with planning and scheduling support for brownfield and greenfield projects. Black/clean utilities, USP, DSP, fill/finish, CQV...

Supporting the customer in 2 biopharmaceutical projects. One hibernating after concept design. The other one full GMP, with engineering just finished, and construction currently (04/2019) at full speed.

My role is to maintain the centralized planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting functions of all the projects in the company at its HO as a centralized PMO.
