• Work daily with Primavera P6 scheduling program to prepare engineering and procurement schedules for Rail Systems projects. Analyze regularly and prepare reports for the purpose of dispute resolution. • Plan sequence of operations, develop the baselines to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet completion deadlines, perform labour forecasting and levelling, identify the critical path, revise schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. • Identify problems or conflicts in the project schedule for the purpose of mitigating the impact of these risks.

·         5 years of work experience using Oracle Primavera Project Management.

·         2 years of work experience as Primavera P6 Planner in international general construction company LTD “Gerc”.

·         1 years of work experience as Project Manager in international general construction company LTD “Gerc”.

- I am responsible for the planning and monitoring of progress for the construction projects that Civil Mining and Construction (CMC) undertake.  I monitor and forecast both time and cost progress for the projects, including resource levelling, cash flow and budget expenditure.

I principally use Primavera P6 to plan and monitor the progress of the projects, however also utilize Asta Powerproject and Microsoft Project where the client prefers those tools.
