Two phase effort regarding an LNG gasifier and pipeline. Primarily schedule risk assessment utilizing data from un-sophisticated sub-contractors. Software used - Pertmaster 8.53 and Primavera 6.7.



Schedule risk analysis for a pipeline replacement program. Multi-project effort entailed re-casting one project schedule and developing basic metrics, validating existing systems and suggesting improvements for the other projects.

• Extensive planning and project controls experience in Civil Engineering, Building, and Utilities. Clear understanding of commercial and contractual forms of contract. Extensive experience of developing programmes from first principles. Experience of direct delivery with civil engineering trades

1. Preparing, Updating, Monitoring and Revising Baseline Master and Target Program on Primavera 6 (Macro and Micro level) with complete Cost and Resource Loading.

2. Prepare Procurment Schedule and organize the delivery of materials on site accordings.

3. Prepare Shop drawings and Material Submittal Schedules.

4. Prepare Cash Flow Plan and S-Curve , Current Versus Planned Projections.

• Develop project level 3/4 baseline schedule;
• Maintain control schedule;
• Develop analysis and recovery plan;
• Track trends and change orders;
