Building, Civil and Environmental Contractor for both major and minor works:  East Anglia, Kent, Sussex, Wessex regions

Project to build a large sewer across London, beneath the River Thames. Senior Planner for the Thames Water funded works (budget ≈£100m), successfully lead the restructuring of the planning department, and produced the strategic integrated schedule to aid interface management and manage risks through QSRA. Developed the project WBS, schedule reporting hierarchy and sitephasing plans, and was responsible for the forensic analysis of complex compensation events.

Collation of all estimates to prepare levels 1 and 3 networks on the hook-up and commissioning of the facilities for the Rough Storage Project.

Allocating task sheets into their work packs. Co-ordinate and collect all daily and weekly progress for all disciplines and phases, input to Artemis 9000, generating all schedules and reports, tabulations, 'S' curves and forecasts for Supervisors, OIM and Base Management.

EPC Project Planning, Site Planning, Progress reporting (Daily Weekly monthly), Weekly and monthly meetings, Presentation, Invoic certification and approval, Sub-contract management, day to day Planning for site activities, resource management, micro scheduling for critical palth, P6 schedule devlopment and weekly updation, Devloped Progress measurement system, monitoring project control activities, etc.

Planning Manager responsible for development of Master Programmes for several projects running concurrently. Liaising with Client and Senior Team members to develop scope and integrate into Master Programme. S-Curve analysis, project tracking, programme updates and amendments. Rescheduling, identification & analysis of critical path and recommendations to target CP tasks in order to meet original target end date.

Planning Manager responsible for development of Master Programme with manpower and materials resources. Development of Level 3 Programme, daily monitoring of progress, weekly and monthly reporting, coordination of contractors using project controls. Submission of delay claims based on resource histograms and resource levelling. Project involved 16 no. separate buildings interlinked through men, materials, pre-formed shuttering.

Senior Planner at Balfour Beatty- Roles and Duties included planning, development of detailed construction and Cl.32 works programmes for major infrastructure schemes of Highways improvements. Providing Programming Support to the Work Winning team. A key member of the project teams, works closely with the project operational team, including specialist supply chain support teams to ensure efficient management and controls of the works programme.
