Monitoring progress of engineering, procurement fabrication and installation works, and creating management reports using Artemis 7000. Developing the Work Breakdown Structure and procurement tracking systems.
POLYETHYLENE & POLYPROPYLENE PLANT
Developed a Level 3 Schedule and integrated reporting system on Artemis 7000, with automatic generation of Level 2 and Level 1 schedules and progress curves, and reporting to the client, Exxon.

Analysed the management information requirements of this four nation, high tech, multi-discipline project, reviewed current systems and recommended hardware and software requirements, configuration and applications. An Artemis 6000 system was purchased after a period of evaluation. Developed integrated planning and cost control systems and reports with colour graphics.
Head-office based pre-tender and contract planning for a number of projects and site-based leading planning teams on major residential projects.
As a result the fall of the residential market in the late 1980’s David returned to head office and, in addition to his previous duties he also carried out delay analysis on completed projects, ultimately leading to his first appointment as an expert witness in 1989 where he used innovative network techniques to analyse the delays.
Sub-surface Line upgrades (SSL London Underground) April 2010 to January 2011
