CONLOG / TDA – Construction, Defence, 2004 - 2008 Mark became senior planner for Defence Services planning and scheduling and was responsible for a large number of MoD and Home Office projects, from bids through the entire project life from design through procurement, logistics and construction to completion. This included creation of task lists, WBS, logic-linked / closed-network schedules, critical path analysis, delay mitigation and progress updates on all projects plus the development of an overarching department programme.

Based on site in Malaysia responsibilities included reviewing the contractor’s construction plan and reports and the development and maintenance of topsides commissioning plan. Tasks included weekly and monthly reporting to site team/head office and overall project management. Development and maintaining the plans in Primavera P5, developing reports for the weekly reporting on progress, ITRs/FTRs and CTP completions, man hours/man power and productivity, Also provide the project management team with ad hoc plans and reports. 

Based on site in Spain on the construction and commissioning of a Multi Purpose Floater. The vesselcombines floating production, storage and offloading with drilling. Responsibilities included maintenance of the construction plan and reports and the development and maintenance of the commissioning plan. Development and maintenance of the plans in Primavera P3. Developing reports for the weekly reporting on progress, resources and productivity.
