Responsible for overall Planning and Scheduling of various large electrical construction projects. Originated in-house scheduling capabilities including conception, recommendations, implementation, and maintenance of Critical Path Method scheduling capabilities for entire company enterprise. Created and implemented standardized Work Breakdown Structure to be used on all projects. Successfully transitioned from using Primavera P3 to Primavera P6 for both client and web based scheduling applications.

Tenders and negotiated planning & procurement schedules from concept design through to procurement and construction projects. Establishing a training programme for site managers, graduates and foreman in project planning . Teaching Primavera P3 & Suretrak and planning software. Reviewing and implementing change in planning culture.

Creation of new planning system using MS Project.  Requirements capture to determine user needs.  Development of individual project schedule templates.  Integration of all projects schedules into overview.  Use of resource pool to manage resource requirements and carry out capacity planning.  Development of system to provide look ahead.  Provision of MS Project training.

Project planning with MS Project.  Development of integrated planning system to assist with project controls.  Implementation of Primavera P6 system.  Design and development of Methodology Manager to ensure consistency accross project creation.  Implementation of Primavera web based system.  Responsible for upgrades to Primavera  system including server software.  System manager for Primavera system.  Design develpment and on-going support for Primavera P6 V8.  Provision of training for Primavera users.
