Design Development of three projects which included a commercial building of 30,000 Sq.Ft at Domlur, a residential layout development of 10.45 Acres at Nelamangala (Project Name – Kaman Sunnyvale) and a commercial project of 3,00,000 Sq.ft at Whitefield.
Central Role – Developing financial feasibilities and programs for high-end residential at Symphony Hills, Cyberjaya. Implementation of Symphony Hills’ Clubhouse and provide guidance to project managers and team. Southern Role – Implementation of projects over a 25 year development program encompassing an area of 37.5 square miles at Nusajaya, Johor. Developing financial feasibilities and to provide guidance to project teams.

Leading a team of Civil, Mechanical & Electrical engineers and technical officers providing programme planning support to LTA's rail and road projects, starting from project initiation up to project close-out. Ensure that all programme related issues, such as contractual requirements, monitoring and reporting system, time extension claims and etc, are addressed timely. During project initiation and planning phases, develop a project implementation programme based on stakeholders’ requirements, project scope, procurement approaches and known constraints.
