“Technical Assistance for Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the National Authorising Officer (NAO) Office in Turkey in Performing its Tasks on the Implementation of Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA)”.  It is an European Union Project to help Turkey. Some ongoing Works Projects which are partially financed by the European Reunion are visited and reports are prepared regarding their implementation.
