Project Services Manager report to Global Director Project Services

-        Ensure adequate resource and competency of personnel in conjunction with the Director of Project Services to operate all Project Services control systems and tools in accordance with contractual requirements and maintaining compliance with the individual project needs.

Client's Site Project Services Manager responsible for the Planning & Reporting, and oversight of Contracts Admin and DCC functions for the Project. Planning role includes the monitoring and review of Contractors Baseline and Update submissions to ensure compliance with Company & Project requirements.

Responsible for the implementation of a functioning Project Services team including recruitment, systems, processes and procedures. 

Project Services Manager responsible for managing project services / project controls covering planning, costing and contracts administration for domestic gas projects. Managing team of 12 personnel

Responsible for all planning, cost control, bid pricing (in consultation with Operations Manager), QA, commercial transactions and reporting and project performance reporting within the Odebrecht Oil & Gas - Aberdeen operations. Develop the local standard procedures and work instruction for insertion into the Aberdeen Operations quality plan.  Where appropriate assist in the development of project specific procedures.  Take lead role in annual QA external audits for the ISO 9000 quality assurance accreditation.
