Part of the Operational Readiness and Transfer (ORAT) project for relocating the airport operations of ACSA from the decommissioned Durban International Airport to the then newly built King Shaka International Airport.

Primarily responsible for guiding workstream leaders on project management best practice and integrating the ORAT workstreams into one programme that interfaced with the new build construction and airport licensing programmes.
