I have 34 years experience in Project Management within a Performance based contractual Engineering, Aerospace, Defence environment.

I have a thorough knowledge and experience of Risk, Project planning and Project Management processes and applications.  I have worked with products in all phases of a product life cycle from Project Definition to Customer support following development and release of a product.

Whilst I understand the need for governance I do enjoy working outside the box

• Managed a portfolio of 11 projects (USD 3.5 M) completing 95% of the projects on time, within budget and client acceptance.
• Oversaw elaboration and maintenance of project schedules with appropriate resource loaded activities and cost control plans; prepared WBS, OBS, RBS and level 4 schedules using MS Project and Primavera; identified and highlighted potential bottlenecks and suggested remedial measures; developed and implemented the risk matrix and response, drafted the cash flow reports and provided early warning support to management.

Worked for a mid sized consulting company providing consulting services in the areas of project management, training and certification.

Project Manager for delivery of this development.  Resposibilities include preparation of Heads of Agreement, Head Contract implimentation, sub consultancy agreements, definition of scopes, local authority approvals, mobilisation of the project team, reports and initiation of enabling works.

• Managing direct activities for product development, delivery & support. Acting as a single point of contact for incident and problem resolution for large clients. Driving continuous service improvement plan within the customer and delivery team.
