Serving as a project manager, then manager in local government, worked in a range of data processing (Information Technology) projects. Many were multi-jurisdictional, with cities and counties, and in some cases, state, and federal government participants. The projects ranged from road engineering/design, to Planned Program Budgeting Systems and complete financial, to Payrol/HR, to innovative Geographic Data Systems.
Jonathan had responsibility for the design management of roofing, cladding, secondary steel and architectural glazing packages, multi-disciplinary interface management and the implementation of project governance processes, overall project planning and progress reporting (using Asta Power Project), general project administration and the preparation
Jonathan’s role was to manage the principal contractor’s performance through administration of JCT form of contract. Managing day to day interface between main contractor and Coops facilities team, wider project stakeholders and the end user.
