Upon returning to the UK, I worked briefly in the IT industry, utilising my cross transferable project management skills in developing sales strategies to reduce marketing costs, secured new accounts within the financial markets, and managed existing client accounts.

Jan 1998 to Dec 2000: Project Management Consultant - Lubeca Property Development Inc, Philippines

A development strategy for the development of mixed use commercial offices and residential units. 

Developed design specification criteria for a very high quality fit-out and finishes.

Worked closely with contractors and the local authorities to ensure the plans were adhered to and all approvals were met.
