PROJECT ENGINEER

• Conduct site visit of the proposed project, gather data for the construction of TEMFACIL and check the existing condition of the project site for heavy equipment utilization in clearing and cutting to required slope.
• Lead in the preparation of Project Plan and Schedule, Bill of  Materials, Scope of Works, Construction Technical Specifications and Project Quality Plan for Design and Build projects.
• Conduct site visits to subcontractors and suppliers to determine adequacy of plant (for ready mix concrete batching plant), methods of delivery and their reputation

1. Preparation and presentation of technical and commercial proposal for engineering phase
2. Preparation of Construction Scope of Work for ITB and requisitions for Package Equipments
3. Coordination with design team for flow of information to main EPC contractor
4. Review of P & ID’s, Plot Plans & General Arrangements drawings considering general ITB requirement
5. Planning, Monitoring and control of engineering activities during detailed engineering phase
6. Coordination with each discipline to manage timely information flow between concerned

Hi I am working as Civil Project Engineer in Dubai since Jan. 2006. During course of my experience i learned a lot of new faces in the construction planning, site management field. I work in a fast paced environment with multiple targets set to be achieved.

EMPLOYMENT

• Plan, design and estimate projects for layout of cables and conduit for structured cabling in projects such as malls, call centers and offices
• Assist in project design and management
• Install, harness and terminate cables on data cabinets, telephone terminal cabinet and distribution frame
• Provide test procedures using Fluke test measuring tools

1) Site preparation, planning and execution to completion, including detailed daily planning and implementation, control, and recording

3. Liason with Contracts Manager and Consultants for project technical particulars

4. Management of project materials and waste control

5. Management of labour, including subcontractors, quantification and approving payment

6. Management of daily heavy construction equipment, their deployment and fuel control

-              Following the progress of the civil works through daily reports submitted by all parties.

-              Following the progress of all the subcontractors through their daily reports.

-              Preparing the final Daily Report about the project and reporting the Project Manager.
