PROJECT ENGINEER

Working as a project Engineer for a company that supplied to both the NHS direct or played part as a sub contractor on major PFI / Group Venture projects.

Resposible for planning, resource management, stakeholder management, procurement. Managaing the project from the concept to hand over and maintenance phase.

Position: General Supervisor

·         Supervise project to ensure strict adherence to architectural and structural design.

·         Define the scope of work

·         Work planning and control

·         Quality control

ü  Participation in the technical meeting, construction, management and updating of planning

ü  CostControl, Development and update dashboards, variance analysis, forecast balance sheet

ü  Management of contract and suppliers,participation in call for tenders and negotiations, Purchasing, Organizing and conducting meetings, writing minutes of meetings

ü  DocControl, Database Management documentary project, director of the documentary base

• Managing project from conception, preproduction through completion.
• Provide technical support to the project team.

• Planned & Prepared schedules and worked on those time period to maintain commitments.
• Executed assistance in procuring major systems and equipments.

• Prepared and reviewed PRIMAVERA schedules periodically.
