A multinational company restructured its projects department to help it handle an ever-increasing load of projects. Combined with a background in contracting, Colin’s many years with Sweett Group provides him with the understanding of the key drivers for all the principal members of the development team. Working in both private and public sectors, he has detailed understanding of the various procurement routes, design and development stages.
