Currently, I am working for Redis Construction Afrika. We currently have three projects in DRC, one project in Ghana, one in Nigeria and one project in Botswana. The Tenke Fungurume Phase 2 and Balance of Plant; as well as Kwale Minerals Sand Project were completed in 2013/14. I travel to all our sites on a monthly basis, to do random audits on all the project control systems, in order to ensure accurate invoices, progress reporting and schedules.
