•I have Fifteen years’ experience as a civil engineer most of them purely in Contracts Management , Projects Planning, Monitoring & Controlling processes .

Currently, I am working for Redis Construction Afrika. We currently have three projects in DRC, one project in Ghana, one in Nigeria and one project in Botswana. The Tenke Fungurume Phase 2 and Balance of Plant; as well as Kwale Minerals Sand Project were completed in 2013/14. I travel to all our sites on a monthly basis, to do random audits on all the project control systems, in order to ensure accurate invoices, progress reporting and schedules. I also assist with all tender efforts.

Responsible for establishing and supervising a Project Control Organization for a $450MM major modernization and expansion construciton project for Anheuser-Busch in Newark NJ.  This included bringing a new corporate cost system (McCosker) on line, establishing procedures and modifying systems to support project control.  This project was unique in that that the project was set up as a profit center, and the McCosker system was initiated on this project 18 months before the company changed over to the new system.  Project planning was accomplished using Artemis & Pri

I was also responsible for site project control on an expansion project for CITGO in Lake Charles LA, and repair of a fire damaged FCC Unit for TOSCO in Martinez CA. Additionally, I wasv responsible for the coordination between Construction and Engineering for the Exxon Baytown “BRUP” Project and the front end planning for various resource recovery facilities throughout the US, either in the proposal, permitting or execution phases
