I was the President of a company called CMR Publishing Inc.

I was the President of a company called Kenji P. Hoshino, Inc.

For the last 16 years i have been scheduling large capital projects ranging from 60 million to 1.2 billion dollars in value. Working with project teams consisting of project managers, general superintendents, project and area superintendents, office and field engineers I have focused the efforts of the teams on creating a project schedule that meets the specifications and that represents their own plan of attack. I have had the privilege of training a generation of young builders in the art of scheduling.

Moved to president of the company. Spent these 8 years developing a method for training superintendents to build an approvable, accurate schedule that would defend their company but also be a tool for the project. Continued the conversion of all manual scheduling systems onto computerized ones. Sped up updating operations thru inport/export utilities. Developed programs to identify changes beteween subsequent schedules.

Oversee development and marketing of software that performs automatic resource leveling of MS Project schedules.

President at AccuSchedule Consulting LLC. Doing schedule and construction consulting for general contractors in the Tucson area.

• Managed a portfolio of 11 projects (USD 3.5 M) completing 95% of the projects on time, within budget and client acceptance.
• Oversaw elaboration and maintenance of project schedules with appropriate resource loaded activities and cost control plans; prepared WBS, OBS, RBS and level 4 schedules using MS Project and Primavera; identified and highlighted potential bottlenecks and suggested remedial measures; developed and implemented the risk matrix and response, drafted the cash flow reports and provided early warning support to management.
