Generating Executive summary schedule & progress reports for Client.
Prepared integrated schedule for FEED, EPC covering entire scope.
Conduct weekly planning sessions with Project Team, superintendents, procurement personnel, construction managers, and contractors to prepare the weekly schedule.
Monitor and plan all Contractors schedules and provide recommendations to assure timely completion.
My responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Monitor & Control time schedule and Plan with Critical Path Methodology,
-Estimating at Completion,
-Planning the Risk responses, Control Risk score and analyze it And take the active role of risk coordinator to ensure the effective implementation of risk management throughout phases of the company.
-Progress analysis and Monthly reporting, including histograms with MS Project.
-Update Work Breakdown Structure and S-Curve diagram with Excel.
