The Program is located on the Jumeirah Beach coastline approximately 20km southwest of the centre of Dubai and comprises of a shore-connected island shaped in the style of a palm tree.

Serving key role as a Manager to all the Projects within Indian Territory for Project Planning & Control responsibilities. Handled Erection & Commissioning Projects of Rolling Mills (Bar/Wire Rod), Structural Mills, Billet & Bloom Casters representing DANIELI MorgardsHammer & Centromet group. Projects handled within the various worksites for RINL (VSP), IISCO, BPSL with significant exposure to Site Management & Coordination on Construction / Infrastructure projects.
Planning Manager for the Main Contractor responsible for planning and implementing the signalling, electrification, communications, trunk radio and fare collection systems required by the double tracking of the North and South KTMB existing main lines – a total of approx. 670 route km.
This position has key responsibilities in respect of Planning Management, Project Controls, Configuration Management, System Integration and Interfacing with all other elements of the biggest railway project ever undertaken by the Malaysian Government.
Responsible for the planning and scheduling of the pre and post construction activities for the PMCM (Project management & Construction Mangement Department). Reviewing and evaluation of Design, Tender and Construction program submissions. Monitoring and coordinating to ensure that work remains on schedule. Overseeing, recording and reporting of actual project progress versus the planned work milestones. Advising and assisting the design consultants and contractor in the development of the work programs.

Planning Manager on the CIOB Gold Class Winner Award 2013 for the 40-100 Million category. I lead the planning of the Robertson Group’s largest single project awarded to date. This project, value circa £100 million was the first project awarded under the NHS Framework route of procurement. Managed under the NEC3 form of Contract. My role was extensive, being one of the first appointed, to develop the intensive logistical solutions; planning and preliminary costings for Stage 3, through to construction under Stage 4.
