PLANNING ENGINEER

ISS project for national Grid involves the construction of Electrified Security Fencing and Security measures within Electricity Substations and Gas A.G.I.’s on a design and build basis. This is a framework contract lasting for 3 years with a turnover in excess of £40 Million Per Annum. Responsible for all planning duties for 3 designs & 3 construction sites in and around the South West. Based on one of the live construction sites at least 3 days a week.

• Business Bay – 11 Executive towers +1 Hotel Tow

1. Review of construction contracts and work package
2. Preparation project execution plan, project monitoring, tracking, updating the schedule
3. Prepare weekly and monthly progress report, and look ahead plan
4. Attend progress meeting
5. Prepare extension of time (EOT), acceleration, and recovery plan
6. Provide and inform project team of project delay status
7. Review subcontractor schedule and progress report
