Based in the contractors office in Sharjah, UAE on a challenging, multiple contract $4bn Mega-Project being constructed in Algeria. Responsibilities include the integration management and control of the multi EPC Contractor schedules. Developing and maintaining schedules in Primavera P6. Reviewing and analysing contractors schedules and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness, specifying areas of variance and remedial action and supporting project scenario planning.

Employed as planning engineer reporting to Chief engineer and Site manager.
Ensuring EPC contractor compliance to SHELL Planning procedures and specifications.
Monthly Schedule/ Progress review meetings and reporting
Monitoring of Variation Order and Baseline amendments
Claims verification and adjudication
Project interfaces with Gas supply plant

Seconded to PT. CONOCO PHILLIPS INDONESIA as PLANNING ENGINEER for FEL 3 Engineering Phase for some projects in PT Conoco Phillips Indonesia; Eastern Hub Mercury Removal Gas/Water Project, Belanak LPG FSO and Belida FSO.
• Developed Overall Project Schedule as the COPI/Company schedule.
• Review overall project level 3 schedule submitted by bidders as part of Technical Bid Evaluation.

• Preparation and maintenance of level 1,2,3 &4 Plans as fully constrained and resourced networks, including the leveling of work within agreed priorities, resource levels and targets.

• Assist with Information transfer between relevant business software and the planning software. 

Report to Planning & Performance Manager. Responsible to check, monitor, review and input into Contractor’s design engineering and construction schedules for large scale Greenfield Topsides development Projects. Build detailed onshore commissioning and offshore hook-up schedules using Primavera P3. Interface with main Contractor to ensure that commissioning activity is integrated into the overall master schedule. Produce planning data and key performance indicators for the overall project monthly report.
