• Both office & site based, performing a planning function for the successful implementation of the Holford Underground Gas Storage Project (e.on) at Byley, Cheshire.
• Creating detailed schedules (level 4) for various aspects of the project, and maintaining them current.
• Creating / updating tracking spreadsheets / presentations for the above project.

Project Planning and Scheduling Engineer responsible for reviewing and approviing of Contractor's Project Baseline, Schedule Update, and monitoring Contractor overall performance.

1. Preparation of Master schedule using primavera p6 including resource & cost loading.
2. Schedule update & progress monitoring.
3. Generating weekly & monthly reports including ‘S’-curves for Client & management review.
4. Generating progress report for site management review and analyzing current status of projects.
5. Cost control by Optimization of Resources utilization.
6. Preparation of Interim Payment Certificate
7. Submittals for Project Execution (Bar Bending Schedule, Shop Drawings, etc)

Planning and scheduling the project programme. Monitoring all the activites in detail and WBS level.

1) Participate in bid and tender meetings, site visit and queries
2) Review of contracts, scope of work
3) Prepare execution plan, WBS and schedule of activity based on contract scope
4) Coordinate with estimating and operational group for budget and work schedule activity
5) Prepare cash flow based on estimated budget and integrate to schedule for resource loading
