Responsibilities:

• Participating in preparing and updating the Overall Schedule of the project using PRIMAVERA project planner Software.
• Preparation of Operating Schedules.
• Analyzing items costs to prepare Claims, and preparing the Revised Bill of Quantities BOQ.

Responsibilities:

• March 2010 to Present – Planning Engineer. (CLOISALL CO. LLC - Dubai, UAE) for Interior & Exterior Architectural Fit-out Works.
• October 2007 to March 2010 – Sr. Plumbing-Fire Fighting Engineer (ETA-ASCON MEP Dev.

• March 2010 to Present – Planning Engineer. (CLOISALL CO. LLC - Dubai, UAE) for Interior & Exterior Architectural Fit-out Works.
• October 2007 to March 2010 – Sr. Plumbing-Fire Fighting Engineer (ETA-ASCON MEP Dev.

·         Study scope of work and select the appropriate techniques and sequence of events for the project, in conjunction with project manager.

·         Analyzing construction sites and local environments to determine appropriate logistics solutions and resources.

·         Scope – Installation of Airport Special Systems (Building Management System, Telecommunication, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Public Address & Access Control Systems in Emiri Royal Terminal, Support Facilities, Commercial Car Park and Public Mosque.

·         Study scope of works/Contracts, select appropriate techniques and sequence of events for the project, in conjunction with Construction and Project Manager.
