• PREPARATION OF BASELINE SCHDUELE WITH COST & RESOURCES LOADING
• MONITORING THE PROJECT PROGRESS BY TRACKING IT BY QUANTITY/MANHOUR/COST UNITS
• GENERATING REPORTS & CONDUCT WEEKLY PROGRESS MEETING
• ADVISE PROJECT MANAGER/RELATED DEPT ABOUT SITE PROGRESS AND LOOK AHEAD ACTIVITIES
• IDENTIFY AND INFORM EARLY TO CONCERN PERSONS ABOUT PROJECT DELAY, OBSTACLES
• PREPARE EOT, RECOVERY PLAN IF NEEDED
• GENERATING RESOURCES & COST MANAGEMENT REPORTS

• Project Planning, Scheduling & Formulation of Work Breakdown Structures.
• Preparation of Primavera Schedule
• Project Progress Measurement & Delay Analysis with client
• Assist project manager in setting up Project Control Procedures.
• Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Preparing and Monitoring of DCI for Progress Measurement.
• Preparation of S-Curve.
• Monitoring & Controlling of Project Man-Hours.
• Co-ordination with Engineering Disciplines, Client, Vendors and Contractors. 

Job Responsibilities:

1.    Utilizing special planning computer software (Primavera Project Planner & Enterprise).

2.     Prepares baseline program and schedule based on the most appropriate method and sequence of construction operations of the project.

Present assignment: On site, at $1.5 Billion USD infrastructure development project, currently in Execution phase.

Role: Member of a talented project management team currently involved, but not limited to:

- Monitor overall project progress
- Manage issues and risks
- Communicate status reports to stakeholders
- Monitor milestones

1. Planning & developing the Contract Programme for a new project to be executed (Proficiency in

working with Primavera Project Planner / CS Project Professional).

For a metro-subway construction project, preparation of the work program, providing updated, performance analysis of activities as per work program, preparation of reports daily, weekly and monthly basis, resource assignment and allocation, budget works, site visits.

Prepare full detailed fabrication schedule for offshore structures with resource loaded using primavera P6 version 7.Prepare progress calculation files and management weekly reports, weekly updating of fabrication schedule ,prepare progress statistic trend file for both time and productivity using earned valve technique. Evaluate subcontractor weekly progress and monthly invoice.
