PLANNING ENGINEER

Creating Design & Construction programs for various sites in the UK

Liaison with stakeholders to ensure programs are properly integrated with contractors programs

Responsible for progressing projects and creating weekly/monthly updates and reports

Calculating Earned Value and Earned at Completion costs

• Keep the management informed of progress & alert them to problems.
• Preparation of Project Network / Schedule using PRIMAVERA / MS Project.
• Preparing Weekly & Monthly Progress report of Project & Submit to Management.   
• Development of Progress S- Curves for Construction.
• Preparing Level 3 Schedule for Construction.
• To be part of management to select, build & motivate the team.

• Preparing of Project Master Schedule by co-coordinating with all department like Engineering, Procurement & Construction.
• Prepare & updating L2, L3 Schedule for Project using PRIMAVERA Software.
• Development & updating of S-Curve for engineering, Procurement & Construction.
• Preparing Detail Construction Schedule level-4.
• Preparation Internal weekly MIS reports which gives the quantitative progress of Engineering Deliverables, Procurement, overall progress, milestone achievement and critical issues.
• Preparing the project

Planning Enginner for Civil/Mechanical/E&I/F&G/Telecom including new Substation work in Reclaimed Land & Loading berth in Common VOC Project (Phase -I) .Client : QATARGAS

• Preparation level IV schedule based on different calendar's id subject to the ship loading window at different jetty
• Engineering/procurement final delivery follow-up based on the construction requirement
• Preparation of "S" curve based on man-hours and Man

Working as a Planning/Reporting Engineer for Civil/Piping/E&I/F&G/Telecom works in BARZAN onshore project - Offplot works. Consultant :JGC and Client : RASGAS  

Prepartion, update and analysis of L4 schedule. Physical progress report preparation and its update. Quantity plan and its update. Reporting progress/Quantity to consultancy. Co-ordination meeting with Consultancy and client.
