i) Preparation of in detail Master construction Programme for client as well as for internal purpose to monitor & to achieve the mile stones and for planning of the resources.

i) Preparation of Master Constrution Programme for client as well as for internal purpose to monitor , to achieve the mile stones and for planning of the resources.

ii) Resource loading, Budgetary plans, Cash flow reports, Resource smoothening, Resource leveling and Man hours/machinery hours reports, and production efficiency reports preparation.

Assisted in bidding of various projects from Snam home office. Creating/updating progress curves. Making presentations etc

• Preparing Master Schedule
• Review projects schedule(Planned Vs. Actual) prepared & updated by sites and provide observation for action plan, creating Manpower Histogram
• Preparing Recovery Schedule to avoid delay in projects.
• Preparing Time Claim reports to Submit to Main Contractor.
• Review and maintain all projects Reports & Records
• Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports and Productivity Reports
• Set up all Planning and Monitoring system.
