For the sites across India i.e. Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi & Bangalore
The projects are referring to the installation of 5’’ – 14” subsea pipeline including installation various equipments, risers, tie-ins, umbilical, etc. Engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation of offshore pipeline on North Sea Tasks: Creating “level 4” schedules for engineering, procurement, construction and installation of subsea pipeline. Monitoring progress and making periodically reports for management and client. For an easy understanding of the project evolution I issued S-curves, histograms, and other spreadsheets for management team and client.
