- Develop and maintain Maintenance Plans & schedules at various phases of QDC Plants Facilities, Plant Shutdown, progress reviews and preparation of planning reports.

Fire Protection and Mechanical Maintenance and Repair Planner. Create, verify & implement fire protection preventative maintenance (PM) procedures in SAP PM Maintenance Module. Create and attach detailed Maintenance Task Lists for each PM utilizing manufacturer instructions, NFPA code and observance of actual testing and maintenance. Included photos and diagrams as needed.
