I manage the schedule, the costs and the risks of about 15 projects: transformer replacement, underground HV cables, substation refurbishment...

Primavera P6 is used at its full extent as the tool is used for scheduling, actuals ("Store period performance"), forecasts, risks through the web version, and even Engineering documents progress.

Responsible for producing contractual tender programmes for all civil construction, mechanical and electrical packages, including quality questions, interview preparation and delivery to NWL. Once Contract had been awarded I have responsibility of managing the programme within EPM from commencement through to completion.

 Presently Working for Sadara Petrochemical Industry jubail, Dammam, KSA deputed by Nasser Al Hajri Corp as lead Planning Engineer from 12th October 2011 to till date. Assigned site and job description: I am a part of project management team & responsible for project construction as well as     planning & scheduling management and overall project control. To study the project IFC drawings and determine the construction sequence of activities.

• Develop and maintain project master schedules, detailed schedules and projects’ status for assigned projects
• Ensure project control procedures are updated and followed while preparing schedules, progress measurement system, reports etc.
• Prepare graphs, diagrams, and other exhibits to illustrate project progress / cost status and forecast requirements for Client / Project team.
• Ensure projects are executed within the contractual duration and allowed budgets and identify / issue pot

• The upgrades and expansion of mill-site / process plant project (USD $600MM+) were under client of APRIL GROUP, RAPP, PEC-Tech Indonesia, and involved of various Major Equipment Vendors: Metso, Kvaerner, AE Auto, Andritz, AH. Lundberg.

I was lead construction planning engineer for the northern region on HS2 working on behalf of HS2 for the development partner CH2M Hill.
