As Lead Engineer for a category 1 capital repair of a blast furnace on a site in eastern india, I had to manage and implement various planning techniques at various phases of a job. My involvement on the job was from conception to implementation and through the engineering, procurement and supply phases to demolition and erection during a shutdown.

•Review contract drafts to ensure adequacy of engineering schedule requirements within these contracts. Co-ordinates development of all data forming approved contract costs to support project schedule.
•Manage the process of reviewing and approving all Contractors submitted schedules.
•Develop and maintain the project master schedule and schedule hierarchy
•Manage the preparation of scheduling presentations for the PMC, Yong-In LRT Co., and Contractors as required
•Prepare Schedule reporting formats for routine project reports to the owner and the Korean government.
