Chair periodic schedule management meetings to coordinate, understand and manage project interdependencies.Ensure a lean and flexible approach to schedule management is maintained to meet the changing demands of a development project.

-         IPEM Development and Delivery. Luton MPT Overbridge, St Albans Capacity Improvement, Kidsgrove Station AFA.

-         Primavera database administration and corporate adherence for over 800 projects, and more than 50 users for Network Rail Central, East Midlands, On Networks, and LNW.

• Prepare a baseline program for the project as per scope of work.
• Report to Project Control Manager and assist him in project management tasks.
• Prepare and monitor resource loaded P6 schedules for contract management.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress and cost reports for executives.
• Responsible for reports showing overall progress (S-curve analysis) based on each resource.
• Compare achieved progress against the baseline and adapted (revised) schedule. 
• Maintain the procedures and deliverables associated with planning activities.
