Site planning small to medium sized tender programmes, cost and bonus of site operatives. Many varied projects within the South West of England.
I started in the planning industry in June 2015 as an Assistant Planning Consultant and am now at Junior Planning Consultant
· Organize, implement and maintain scheduling management system supporting identified projects and their plans.
· Interact with client and project staff to schedule work and coordinate assignments.
· Design and develop project schedule.
· Monitor project schedule progress against an established baseline and performance and identify developing problem areas.
· Assist in the preparation of Project Execution Schedule including resource allocation based on project contractual requirement.
· Develops a well-defined and properly sequenced work activities in close coordination with the PM/PIC
Ø Application of SCADA system to generate 14days look ahead schedule for activities network
Ø Updating of baseline multi-level schedule, identifying risks, implementing change management processes and project control procedures
Ø Quantify and identify proposed scope items
Ø Write complete scopes of work, identify materials for procurement
Supported the project, commercial and engineering teams in the construction of tender programmes, schedule analysis and schedule maintenance in Primavera P6v8 and Microsoft Project.
Applied the Critical Path Method (CPM) to the analysis of project schedules.
Utilised Primavera P6v8 to create and understand reports in order to update and assist the project management and project services teams.
Resource loaded programmes to enable the measurement of progress and Earned Value.
