- Liaising and challenging the project leads and asset areas to ensure individual projects deliver programme targets (project management and cost plans) which are easily evidenced.
- Higher level planning and reporting requirements of the programme in order to maintain service excellence, the dynamic APD Efficiencies model, achieve the company’s objectives and influence overall Programme & Project performance towards them.
- Helping identify, generate and drive a climate and process of opportunities for Continuous Improvement to cost effectively improve planning and
