Responsible for the Stewardship of a major project to upgrade the current Primavera EPS Tool to version R15.1

Governance of major bids submissions, ensuring compliance to Thales process and management procedures.  Deployment of Fuse and the application of Primavera Risk Analysis to gain confidence in the quality of programme submitted to our clients.  

Hands on planning role in both UK and Canada in project and bid environments. Team management responsibility.

Tender and project planner worked on tenders for 12 years then became Head of Planning and then went to work on Diamond Synchrotron project at Didcot which was a major scientific project.

Scope includes, dredging, basin, Quay Walls, Container Terminals and associated infrastrucure.  Project also includes a new Naval Port for Qatar Navy
