 Duties:

·         Update weekly schedule (% complete and update forecast dates).

·         Integration of performance data for the development of "S" curve physical progress, Weekly reports and control pays for fabrications.

 ·         Analyzed project needs, established project management strategy, and prepared detailed project report with quantity and cost estimation for material and labor costs as well as project timescales along with accurate completion dates.

·         Efficiently managed resource allocation process (manpower, equipment and materials), that achieved optimum resource availability throughout the project phase.

Field Engineer for industrial construction contractor. Roles included document control, cost control, scheduling, minor purchasing, assistance with safety program and quality control.

Projects included own forces concrete work for a sour gas plant, civil and mechanical installation of a modular sweet gas plant, process equipment installation for a gold mine, and looping project on a 42" natural gas pipeline.

• Led the Engineering team for the construction execution of submarine cable, overhead transmission line, substation, building and underground cable projects;
• Led the development of project controls processes and standards;
• Led the development and update of project schedule, cost report, cash flow, progress billing, KPI report, progress report, daily report, resource planning, curve and histogram;
• Led the development of labor, materials, equipment, cutting list and cost estimates and construction methodology and sequence;
• Pre-approved the progress billings

Field engineering for drill and shoot, mass grading, drilling and grouting operations.

Cost Analyst, Project Manager, and Field Engineer. Duties included construction of Nextel tower infrastructural equipment buildings. Many buildings were elevated in swampy areas. Most areas were so remote that planning included all materials and hardware needed for complete and uninterrupted construction.

Construction included 8 feet high waler walls and free standing concrete stairs to access buildings 8 feet above the ground. On-the-run Cost Analyses.
