• Take Offs;

• Preparation of tenders, Tender invitation, Quote evaluation;

• Programming and Tracking project timelines;

• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports;

• Obtaining and comparing quotes from trades, sub-contractors and suppliers, generating purchase orders;

• Forecasting labour loads, material and labour costs calculations and analysis, estimate plans development;

• Ensure sub-contractors/suppliers conform to project specification/standard requirements.

 

• Develop schedule of activities, resource planning, project budgeting; monitor project progress and generate variation report for management.

• Utilize Primavera in the preparation of schedule of activities

• Development of Project Measurement Methodology and Tools for Engineering, Procurement and Construction
