Estimating - Developing drilling and testing estimates in liaison with Well Engineering Team

Cost and Progress Reporting - Cost tracking on day to day basis.

• Developing the project WBS and maintenance of the cost codes structure.
• Preparation of Method Statements, Procedures related to Project Management and Planning.
• Analyze lessons learned during the operation to enhance the future projects.

• Generate/update presentation to Investors and Board Directors the key performance indicators like Progress, Cost reports, Manpower & Productivity on weekly/monthly and quarterly bases.
• Communicate progress toward achieving project metrics to management.
• Prepared VOWD (Value of Work Done) reports, Accruals information & reconciliation statements.
