Cost engineer responsible for technical visits to check local conditions and availability resources, quantitative surveying, bill of quantities, unit costs, physical-financial schedules and work plans for technical and commercial proposals submitted to public agencies in Latin America.
I'm responsible for the structuring and implementation of cost estimation process for capital projects (CAPEX) in O&G Direction. Also I plan and estimate the CAPEX studies requested by O&G Direction and Business Development in their feasibility studies and assist them to choose the best alternative for the development of business opportunities that meet the company's interests. For the Supply Management, I aid them technically in procurement and negotiation processes of engineering contracts.

Developed, implemented and maintained a system for cost control of estimates, actuals and forecast labor, equipment and materials for TAR. Created labor staffing plans and equipment cost estimates. Integrated reports with P6 schedule information, MS Access, TRACK and SAP data.
