Development of Project Baseline schedule, updating and reporting on project progress. Development of Construction and MEP KPI's. Weekly reporting to Project Team. Monthly reporting to Client.
Developing project & resource plans for acceptance. Updating with changes & progress. Resource planning, forecasting & monitoring. Reporting to clients & management. Risk management. Forensic analysis & claims.
