Responsible for drawing studies and submittals, quantity surveying, updating and schedules, cost control, studies of change orders, contract modification and price evaluation, progress estimate and invoices.

Responsible for the preparation of schedules using Primavera program. Plans and optimize all resources employed. Keeps track progress of works. In charge of cash flow, claims related to delays in monthly schedule. Advises procurement for minimum material required each month. Coordinates site operation.

My main responsiblities are all planning/scheduling activities, daily progress evaluation, weekly progress reporting, monthly progress reporting and cost analysis as detailed below:

·   Updating construction master schedules Level 1 & Level 3 (using Primavera software) including Costs and Resources allocation.

1.       Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering, manufacturing and construction disciplines.

2.       Conduct field scoping to clarify scope as required.

3.       Understand WBS structure , and work with management and project/maintenance team  in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling ,cost estimating and project control.

Produce, manage and maintain the overall Contract Master Schedule using a comprehensive Work Breakdown Schedule;

Produce and develop Design & Procurement into the CMP, understanding the influences caused by these activities.

Produce, manage and maintain the Construction Programme and all detailed Look Ahead Programmes
