/ Construction Project Planner / Senior Planner / Forensic Analyst

• Supported the Project Manager/Senior Project Engineer to ensure that the project objectives are met and Project goals are set supporting those.
• Facilitated the development of the Project execution plan ensuring high quality, all Project Phases up to and including Project closure are considered and is aligned with the Program execution plan.
• Ensure project scope, schedule and cost are clearly defined, closely coordinated, consistently monitored and controlled throughout the project cycle.

• Prepared baseline work programs / procurement tracking using Primavera P6 identifying durations required for each activity and their sequences, Identifying critical milestones between various disciplines of the construction project.
• Reviewing, developing, and enforcing administrative procedures for effective and economic performance within terms and conditions of the contract and policies, approved by the General manager
• Preparing and reviewing all client contracts, supplier contracts and amendments thereto
• Reviewing and commenting on bids before their submissio

Project planner for the North region. Programmes for Manchester airport T2 extension, CSSB - Royal Liverpool hospital, Midland Metropolitan Hospital, Manchester goods yard. Taking over from the tender programme as project planner, establishing agreed Clause 31 programmes and the progressing onto agreed Clause 32 programs with dashboards for progress planned v actual. Advising when the end date changes and the requirement for establishing a new baseline due to delays of VO's.

• Planning, Scheduling and Controlling:Developing EPC Baseline programs, Recovery / Re-baseline schedules, Level 1, Level 2, Level 4 Level 7 Schedules,CPM.
• Cash flow control: Construction S-Curves,Cash flow (Physical & Financial), Man &Machine power Resource histogram.
• Develop Engineering, Procurement, & Commodity Reports, Resource usagespread, Task usagespread.
• High-level IT and software skills: Develop Progress Measurement Systemand different monitoring tools.
